Responsibilities


Control of documents issued and received by the Accounting Department, to ensure their correctness and that they contain the necessary signatures, and to keep books and accounting documents in files organized with entry numbers for each year separately ... and archive old files in the institution’s archive

Preparing the journal entries for accounting work on the accounting program
Preparing the bank guarantee application form

Transfer of any bank transfers and payment of bids for projects and other payments

Making transfers and payments for bank branches

Reviewing and registering bank accounts

Review customer claims before sending them to government agencies and registering them on the program.
Follow up the movement of clients' payments and their debts

Preparing the suppliers internal exchange form and preparing their bank transfer request, if any

Preparing his final clearances for employees' entitlements in case of going on vacation or final exit

Keep the originals of the pillars, passports for employees, original letters of guarantee and any other important documents in the office safe, knowing that the safe key is with me.
