- Responsible for launching Galleria, a commercial platform created for malls and shopping areas.
- Market research to define potential partners through the region, focus on KSA.
- Establishing contact with mall group owners and presenting Galleria, creating awareness and value for reaching a win-win partnership model.
- Handling Sales and Marketing operation in Lebanon and leading a sales team of 3 executives to ensure sales pitch consistency and increase of sales.

excessive multi-level communication with exhibitors, visitors and general
audience.
- Creating new business opportunities through presenting various projects that cater the need of the region IFP operates in.
- Creating new revenue making opportunities through introducing
sponsorships and branding opportunities to exhibitors through the region.
- Dissecting the operation of every event in terms of logistics, customer
service, floor implementation, communication collateral for exhibitors, media and the public, in order to change weaknesses into strengths, minimize defects while maximizing image and revenue and efficiency of
implementation.
