Main accountability & Job Responsibilities:
• Implement the QA/QC management system at site.
• Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors coordinate all non-destructive testing on site.
• Coordinate with the customer’s representative on all quality matters
• Coordinate all receipt inspections.
• Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors.
• Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
• Participate in the site internal and external site audits.
• Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and competed for as-built hand over through the QC turnover engineer.
• Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action.
• Compete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses.
• Review the customer’s specification and undertake relevant training to the site QC inspector.
• Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan
• Complete and coordinate the approval of the site QC technical submittals to the customer.
• Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues.
• Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractor’s QC personnel.
• Elaborating inspection and test programs.
• Ensure the safety is adhered to at site.
• Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status.

Main accountability & Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that all projects are developed to meet or exceed company's quality
standard and is delivered at the right time within budget.
Lead Project Managers and facilitate the communication and interaction
among the functional representatives.
Track program against its schedule, budget and against phase review
objectives, reporting status to supervisor on a regular basis and executive
staff on an as needed basis.
Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated
eventualities.

Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in projects

Main accountability & Job Responsibilities:
Managing a team to Supervising the Contractor works through the inspections for the turnkey projects, and provide him with the work method and the technical comments for the construction works according the international standers and the project specifications, also providing the solution for any problems on the site if founded.
Ensuring that the project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Identifying the resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
Creating and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Preparing the monthly payment due to the calculated quantities that have been done on the site, also preparing a monthly report for the Client and refining the prices if necessary.
Coordinating between the Contractor and the Client according to the terms of the project’s contract.
Managing and handing-over the projects for the Client at the closing Stage.

b) Shubra Banha Highway Project.
Main accountability & Job Responsibilities:
•Preparing the Project documents (Information Memorandum, Tender Document, Invitation to Bid, Pre-Qualification Document, Contract…etc.).
• Shepherding and advising on project tenders, being a watchdog for good practice, learning the lessons from pilot exercises. This should involve active participation in all aspects of early projects tenders.
• Developing and sponsoring new legislation and regulation for PPP procurement and practice which must be observed by all ministries submitting PPP proposals.
• Communicating the process to the professional Private Sector Participants (Banks, Lawyers…etc.).
• Assisting Ministries and public bodies developing PPP proposals (Business Cases). The MOF must agree that these cases are sound before procurement can proceed and Budget be allocated.
• Importing experience from other countries and developing guidance and methodologies that is appropriate to Egypt.

The products raise the quality, safety and flexibility in living and working environments.
• Fulfilling some other works such as planning and follow up.
