- Responsible for all Unix/Linux based environment for Deutsche bank.
- Manage Solaris/ Red hat / SUSE / Oracle Linux OS.
- Manage OpenShift “Docker” Paas Environment for Deutsche Bank, UK.
- Manage VERITAS cluster configuration and troubleshooting.
- Install and support server operating system, system management software and
operating system utilities including upgrades.
- Manage the operating system configuration, file systems and print queues.
- Monitor and maintain operating system log files.
Recommend operating system updates and configuration modification.

- Responsible for the implementation, maintenance & performance tuning of all Linux
Environments, AIX Environments and Solaris (Prod, Test, and Development)

System Administration:
• Oracle Engineered system “EXADATA” system administration.
• Solaris 10, 11 system administration tasks, Installation and Monitoring.
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 system administration tasks, Installation and Monitoring.
• SUN Cluster 3 installation and administration.
• Ops Center 12c implementation and administration.
Hardware:
• Oracle server (M-series and T-series) Hardware management.
• Oracle Engineered system “EXADATA” Hardware management.
Virtualization:
• Oracle VM for SPARC (Logical Domains) design and implementation.
• IBM LPARS
• On site implementation for the system and network architecture.
• Configuration and setup for various system and network equipments.
• Technical support for all our customers in terms of system and network.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using proven techniques.
• Participate in the research of new technology to provide new system and network architecture or problem resolution

- Works on performing field RF and data measurements using specialized measurement tool based on drive testing methodology. .
Summary of essential job functions
• Conducting the following testes:
- Single Site Testing
- Clustering Drive Testing
- KPI (Drive & Stationary) testing
- Ticketing
- CPEs performance check and testing
- Walk test (indoor)
• Perform measurements collection and generation of raw data based on drive testing approach and using specialized measurement tool
• Perform ad hoc field measurements when reported complaints are suspected to be related to field RF issues
• Perform single-site and cluster drive testing and measurements collection for newly added sites
• Perform data service testing and measurements at stationary positions when required
Solve all customers’ inquiries regarding ADSL Service, provide an end-to-end ownership to all inquiries till closure, post resolution call to ensure customer satisfaction and close case Provide customer with appropriate options/right suggestions.
