 In charge of processing of employment visa, labor card, ID and other employment formalities of all newly-hired employees (office staff and site employees).
 Monitor all employee’s files and records related to their employment, i.e. passport, visa, labor card expiry, salary details, increment, vacation details, and leave settlement.
 Responsible for renewal of contract and cancellation requests of all office staff and site employees.
 Coordinate with the camp boss regarding site issues, salary disputes, and the day-to-day labor allocation in camp.
 Prepare monthly report that relates to manpower; this includes different HR metrics, i.e. absenteeism, workmen’s compensation, employee tenure, demographics such as age and nationality, and attrition rate.
 Establish and organize the maintenance of HR records and ensure complete accuracy and confidentiality.
 Responsible for filing and organizing HR files, company licenses, and other administrative-related records.
 Provides administrative support in the preparation of reports, schedules, confidential materials, and various employee issues.
 Review proposals, terms and conditions from recruitment agencies for possible partnership with them
 Assist in the recruitment activities, i.e. internal advertisement, online job posting, newspaper advertising, and or coordination with the recruitment partners.
