 Direct the implementation of Plant processes and equipment maintenance strategies which ensures maximal availability of plant
 Assesses operations and identify key area improvement prioritized by organizational objectives & project selection
 Administers and ensures compliance with the quality, environmental and material management system required as outlined in the policy manuals.
 Liaison with Departments to deeply understand develops Customer expectations, relationships & alliances and service levels.
 Maintaining safety in all aspects of plant operation and maintenance jobs and create a culture of safe practices across all functional groups
 Supervising and motivating a team of workers, reviewing the performance of subordinates and identifying the training needs
 Ensures compliance with all internal policies and HSE procedures in all Manufacturing and Operations activities

The company is engaged in the business of importing and trading bulk bitumen and manufacturing and marketing of several bituminous products viz (Bitumen Emulsion & Cutback Bitumen). for day to day Production Operations in Bituminous Products Manufacturing Plant
•Proficient in developing & streamlining systems with proven ability to enhance operational effectiveness and to minimize time and labour and maximise productivity
•Experience in handling of Emulsion & PMB manufacturing plant and Steam boiler operations
•Manage operation with key focus on achieving pre-determined production targets with prime grade product quality
•Responsible of Procurement of Raw materials & Spares required for Plant Operations.
•Upgrading processes in line with new product requirements and to improve the quality of existing output
•Maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain the profitability of the business.
•Interacting with the customers to gather their feedback regarding the products’ utilities
•Coordination with customer on key quality issues related to customer complaints and resolve these issues in a timely and effective manner and provide technical assistance on Product applications
•Proficient in handling of Maintenance practices in regular interval, minimizes the down time, and maintains the maintenance records.
•Liaison with all the legal dept to compiled all the Statutory requirements related to Plant
•Ensuring health and safety of all employees and environment protection

for Bitumen Storage terminal Operations & Bituminous Products manufacturing plant
•Reporting to General Manager with responsibility for terminal operational and people management
•Ensuring smooth operations in Terminal like Bitumen Vessel discharging, Bitumen tanker loading & Off-loading, Emulsion and Cutback production and other plant operational activities
•Overall Production planning, scheduling with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs, quality compliance and manpower planning, ensuring timely execution of projects.
•Lead the operations teams and provide the training and technical assistance for smooth operations
•Provides objective analysis and innovative solutions to a wide range of production problems including waste reduction, cost and productivity optimization, safety and environmental issues.
•Implementing the preventive maintenance schedules through a dedicated maintenance team and work contracts.
•Preparation of preventive and breakdown maintenance plan and adhering to maintain and complete the same.
•Liaison with Internal departments such as Logistics,

•Monitoring production process and maintaining the quality as per IS, ASTM and Customer specifications
•Coordinate with technical team for new product developments and process improvements in bituminous products manufacturing and plant operations
•Proficient in handling of DCS Operating Bitumen Emulsion & PMB Production Unit and Thermic fluid heater Operations
•Responsible for Procurement of Raw materials, Maintenance things and Services, Support company operations through timely procurement of materials and services at the most economical cost.
•Planning and budgeting of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations.
•Developing the documents of purchase related activities like Purchase requisition and Purchase order and maintaining the documentation.
•Development of new vendors and Conducting trainings for vendors to educate them about company’s requirements and help them in improving their performance.
•Demonstrates equipment operations, and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assigns employees to experienced workers for training

•Liaison with marketing department for timely dispatching and achieving the targets
•Implementing and maintaining the SOP and Integrated Management System consists of ISO: 9001-2008, OHSAS: 18001-2007 and ISO: 14001-2004.
•Compliance with all Legal, Safety and Environment regulations
•Identifying and evaluating OHS hazards and environmental aspects for the activities of the department and ensuring that defined controls are implemented
•Maintaining records of scheduled maintenance procedures and complete reports of all mechanical equipment and infrastructure
•Maintaining MIS reports related to Production, Purchase and Plant Maintenance
•Liaison with Project department for preparing the project proposal and execute the project and timely completion of the projects.
