Reporting to the Finance Manager, develop all daily reports & monthly reports. Daily reports include the sales & expenses updates. Monthly reports include Income statements, Balance sheet & all supporting workings for the reports.
Creating monthly provisions for the accrued expenses.
Maintain the inventory reports on Monthly basis.
Prepare payroll on Monthly basis.
Working on Peachtree software.
Working on Tally software for updating daily transactions. Reporting to General Manager.
Update : sales on daily basis, Cash & credit expenses on daily basis, Computing staff cost & product cost on daily basis, Reconcile bank statements on daily basis, on excel.
Computing leave & indemnity upon requirement, Preparing staff details according to their performance on monthly basis & many more activities periodically.
Preparing Balance sheets & Depreciation for year end audit. Preparing all required documents & excel sheets for audit purpose.
Good experience & knowledge for all accounting & audit activities.
Working in Salsabel, Jawa & Tally Software, major work includes, generating weekly project reports, preparing pay rolls, Maintaining Cash Flow, Preparing Sub Contractors payment details & tracking cost of all projects. We have more than 60 running projects in hand.
Good experience in bank audit. Assist the manager to check value of gold in the lockers. Check the value of bond papers & valuation in lockers. Check the interest charged & collected on loan accounts from customers. Check the cash balance accuracy on randomly selected days. Check the compatibility of interest account (paid & received).
Currently pursuing CMA (Certified Management Accountants) from a well reputed institute in Kuwait. I shall attempt my exams in June 2015 & hopefully finish Part 1 in my first attempt.
Good knowledge on subjects like Accounting, Commerce & Tax policies. Have graduated with more than 60% marks on overall. More than 70% marks in Accounting & Taxation.
