AREAS OF EXPERTISE
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
➢ New Product Sample Parts Inspection & Report reviewed.
➢ Incoming & Final report Inspection & reviewed
➢ Generate Process Capability analysis report for in- process parts for QCI Dimension.
➢ Analysis of customer complaints & implementation of corrective and preventive action.
➢ Preparation of quality documentation
➢ 8D to implement Supplier rejections
➢ Co-coordinating with supplier in reducing the rejection levels.
➢ Providing data for rejections & cost of poor quality to management.
➢ To participate in CFT activities.
➢ Continual improvement activities in reducing rejections & quality issues.
➢ Performing inward inspection of parts as per control plan.
➢ Performing layout inspection.
➢ Perform and monitor MSA studies as required.
