1. Manage all accounting operations including Progress Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Project Costing, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.

8. Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
9. Playing a support role and assisting the Financial Controller during internal and external audits by coordinating with various departments/units and monitor annual and quarterly deliverable for outside auditors.
1. Worked on a full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics AX 2012 R3 for manufacturing, trading and contracting units operating within the group. Worked closely with the System Configuration and Development Teams to refine the processes. Modules covered for;

5. Having firsthand experience on Management Reporter of MS Dynamics AX. Prepared financial pack on MR (Profit & Loss / Balance sheet / Ratio Analysis) for all business units with consolidated pack for the group.
1. Evaluate & analyze changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost, profit margins and pricing.
2. Periodic cost analysis of different areas/business units of the Group and suggest on cost reduction measures. Incorporate improvements in MIS reporting system to facilitate Management analysis while decision making.
3. Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts. Investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues.
4. KPI’s - ensure accuracy, usefulness and understanding of all KPI’s - this includes working closely with factory management to help them understand and have positive impact on their performance.
