• Responsible for managing Active directory, ISA server, DNS Server, Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 and Exchange 2010, blade servers and terminal servers. on remote locations i.e. USA, Canada and Philippine.

• Responsible for managing servers on remote locations i.e. USA, Canada and Philippine.

• System administration, scripting, configuration and hands-on support of the internal and external TRG Servers including, but not limited to: hardware, software applications, Systems management software and OS.

• Working with customers, external clients and tech liaisons on changes, problem resolution, management and issue ownership, and be the primary point of contact for system upgrades.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure problems are satisfactorily resolved

* To manage all clients related issues.
* To prepare backups and provide support to other departments such as Networks, System Admins and Infra Team.
* To manage and maintain all the team members and assign them their task as per requirement.
* To handle the downtime issues and planning some activities.Responsible for implement of various systems related to I.TCoordinate with client IT teams in some cases to resolve issues. Which includes telenor, Barclays and Standard Chartered bank etc
* Day to day maintenance and troubleshooting of all IT related equipment and services.
* Ensuring minimum downtime on production
setting up video / audio conferencing for remote office/partners
Adhering to SLAs
* Other IT-support duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary to support the business
* Worked on projects i.e. Managed IT services (Provding IT reports, operations report and other analysis to higher Management)

* To monitor and maintain the servers like M.I.S server, Proxy Server, File Server
* To analyze and rectify the network related issues
* To resolve the software and hardware related issues
* To handle the purchasing of I.T equipments
* Responsible for implement of various systems related to I.TCoordinate with software house to explain/furnish the requirements, which involves Sales, Purchase, Inventory
* Managing Active Directory, User accounts and providing access permissions to end users.

Major responsibilities were to fulfill the complains of clients regarding with the dis-connectivity of Fiber Cable

Major responsibilities were maintain the DFX-Printers, Laser Printers, Laptops, CPUs and UPS

Installing Operating Systems, Drivers and other softwares.
