• Manage the complete Purchase order processing cycle in SAP, process requisition, place purchase order, edit purchase orders, Quantity, unit price as and when required.
• Effectively expedite order with internal & external suppliers and track all supplier acknowledgements to ensure on-time product delivery. Maintain and assure current order status information to keep supplier on-time delivery.
• Work on all invoices on hold in SAP due to any discrepancies and resolve it within 2-days
• Maintain PIR records for all materials in SAP
• Maintain optimum level of stock inventory in warehouse for all stock items.
• Maintain data integrity in SAP from supplier responses.
• Work closely with and support sourcing team leader by providing customer/supplier feedback and assuring compliance of order placement.
