Rendering legal opinions on a wide variety of banking matters such as drafting and vetting finance and security documentation. • Responsible for drafting and vetting finance and security documentation pertaining to corporate customers of well established banks who has Minto & Mirza on its panel of lawyers. Also responsible for rendering legal opinions on a wide variety of issues relating to creation of mortgages/charges and transfer of property in respect of loan facilities provided to the banks’ corporate customers.
