•Extensive knowledge of the regular airport procedures and practices.
•Rich experience of working as an airport supervisor and hence have some knowledge about reservation procedures.
•Excellent knowledge of all the relevant computer applications and internet.
• Bilingual - Proficient in oral and written English and Russian language. Ukrainian- native.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with passengers and agencies personnel at the airport to ensure an efficient operation.
• Well-mannered, polite, creative, responsible, hard-working, stress-resistant, able to think out of the box.
