Hired to establish and activate HR operations for the KSA branch office during a period of rapid growth. o Litigation: Resolved 13 pending lawsuits in labour courts across 8 cities. Researched claims, compiled documentation, and personally attended all hearings to close cases with minimal financial impact to the company.
▪ Led team of employees from Saudi Arabia office to implement SAP HCM in UAE office. Worked on-site in Dubai to attend all implementation planning meetings, communicate with SAP consultants, and transfer all HR data into SAP.
▪ Defined staffing forecasts and goals for 12 locations across Saudi Arabia, working closely with warehouse operations managers to ensure optimal coverage.
