• Installation of OS on desktops and laptop using Symantec ghost and Acronis installing of related drivers and Antivirus.
• Supporting the following technologies: Microsoft Office 2003 - 2013 products - Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome and Acrobat reader, Cute PDF
• Providing desktop support and training for users. Carry out complete IT systems problem resolution R&D for critical issues.

• Server backup and monitoring using Symantec backup Exec ver. 12, 11 and 10 Server State
• Backup & Restoring, HDD disaster recovery & Acronis backup. Maintain daily backup records.
• Nas Storage 8420 Pro Backup and the related function to folder sharing and security
• Installation, maintenance and trouble shooting of network printers, shared printers (Cannon & Kyocera), creating user directories and providing file transfer to computer.
• Installation and configuration of WSUS Server, configured with 50 machine Xp and windows 7
• Worked with and troubleshooting IP phones, AVAYA Phones.
• Installation, Troubleshooting and Activation of Autocad 2008 - 2014.
