• Organizing, classifying information for construction, ongoing maintenance and management of interior space types, categories, gross areas, usable/unusable areas and service areas.
• Managing all aspects of building lifecycle reclassification for the University Library transformation, Piedmont North Housing and Citizens Trust Bank Building.
• Managing and performing the as-built and CAD base floor plans of all space owned by the company to be used by internal staff, CAD software, CAFM systems, GIS systems, HVAC systems, web applications and external entities.
• Performing standards on the floor plan layers, blocks, text and print/plot features while managing access and editing to CAD documents.
• Performing architectural design for new 2000 SF document management center within the fixed design parameters for initial approval: articulating architectural vision, conducting design presentations and project management.
• Developing conceptual designs for interior and exterior renovations and modifications. Plotting architectural design presentations for the planning committee.
• Executing minor capitol projects. Formulating project plans for all project phases, monitoring actual project progress against agreed plans and accordingly effecting adjustments to project plan to ensure project completion with the time/cost restraints.
• Administering an array of activities related to 3D modeling, mapping, asset tracking software and hardware.
