Personnel Officer:
•General on the program administrator salaries and employee benefits in general.
•Working on Oracle Program payroll and personnel system and make auditing to all calculation and transactions.
•Make adjustments to the system according to the organization policies.
•Working on and review the monthly salaries for staff and send it to the accounting department to make the payments for all staff.
•Auditing monthly difference on a regular basis.
•Review and audit staff leaves and the amendment for it if necessary,
•Review Employees annual leave accruals continuously.
•Follow-up the employees business trips assignments and modify if necessary and pay their dues.
•Follow-up overtime through the attendance and leave by Oracle, and payment of dues.

careful not to override its provisions.

•Adjust the annual and special increment on employees' salaries that are functional to any

•Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the development of manpower and filed to be ready for the management/board meetings.
•Develop proposals for any new policy is applied on the staff and incorporate it on the Oracle
personnel system to be applied automatically.
•Development of the Oracle personnel system continuously and periodically, so that it is
streamlining its own procedures to effectively serves the staff and users of the system.
•Preparation of management decisions in general with regard to staff.
•Follow-up to save documents in their files of employees and make sure to save all documents, whether by electronic and manual archiving.
•Follow-up attendance and departure of staff and preparation of monthly statements describes the hours of delays and days of absence through a system of attendance in the Oracle program.
•Follow up and resolve any problems faced by employees in the Oracle self-service, and development of the system on an ongoing basis so that employees are better served.
•Make any adjustments related to staff in the GOSI or appended to exclude employees and annual
salaries adjustment for employees through the website of the GOSI and make of GOSI monthly
payment as GOSI policy.
•Make agreements with the banks with respect to SARE system for payment of salaries of staff.
•Make bank agreements for banking services to the staff of the organization such as loans and personal credit cards.
•Develop annual plans for personnel and their own initiatives on an annual basis and follow-up
terminated during the year.
•Reviewing tenders, negotiating prices and give recommendations on contract renewal of travel
agencies.

HR Professional:
•Assist the Director, HR & Administration in developing, implementing and administering HR
policies, procedures and programs.
•Ensure communication of any changes in HR policies to all the employees by mail / public notices and provide timely response to employee queries for the same.
•Support the Director, HR & Administration in building network with HR professionals outside
ARABSAT, conferences, knowledge sharing forums, etc to be up-to-date on new HR systems,
competitor's initiatives, manpower plans of other similar organizations, etc.
•Supervise and work with the third parties (vendors / consultants) hired by ARABSAT for initiatives /
projects in HR department to ensure creation of systems and processes that work best for the organization
•Prepare induction packages and undertake the process of welcoming new employees to familiarize
them with their new work environment and their new vocation
•Provide detailed information about the organization, role descriptions, policies and procedures of
ARABSAT to new employees.

• Lifting the results of personal interviews to the recruitment manager after the extraction of the final
list of candidates
• Make forms to appoint employees and determine the salary and grade and job title after obtaining the consent of the owner of the power supply in preparation for the career of the candidate.
• Negotiation with the candidates regard job offer submitted by the bank to make every effort to persuade him to add features and work at the bank.
• Coordinate with the State employment offices around the existing jobs we have upper and private
leadership
• Applicants during the period of follow-up experiment by sending evaluation forms to the departments concerned before the end of the probationary period
• Reviewing of contracts and job offers after their preparation by the recruitment processers as a
prelude to the signing from the authorized
• Introduction of the new employee data like the degree of employee salary and job title designated by the link with his management.
