Expat services survey through monkey survey.com this was a successful survey as it added a value to understand the expat feedback and what points are important to consider and improve the service quality to reach their satisfactory and expectations. As well this survey opens a new horizon to admin dept to consider in their monthly KPI and how effectively was this survey?.
Expat Admin assistance, this was for one month and experienced the below:

Deal with Expats through e-mails, phone calls or face to face to discuss their issues and provide an immediate actions.
Seek the managers approvals for the recruitment.
Deal with expat before their arrivals in Oman by e-mail or phone calls to provide their documents and apply for their visa and follow up their medical till get the clearance that the expat is fit.
Deal with expat after his arrival by giving him an overview about Oman culture and what to do and what not. Then clarify to him again all the responsibility and his salary, contract period..etc.
Contract Renewals.
Prepare New contracts.
Update the ConTrack sheet with accurate data in TRS.
