A Retail Store Management & Operations Professional with an extensive retail experience of 19 years in managing and operating new and existing retail stores with outstanding results. I am an ambitious, creative and highly motivated individual, who has a passion for the retail industry and an uncompromising commitment to quality and outstanding customer service. Having a proven track record of maximising retail sales by providing an enjoyable shopping experience for customers with a comprehensive management, planning and support service to all retail and non-retail staff. Reviving the de growing showroom & kiosk at Sharjah Sahara Centre with 28 % growth and 0 % stock loss. Achievement period 2013 - 2014.

Job Role :
Optimize sales in line with company budgets. Achieve targets for Team & Company.
Manage operating costs within budgetary guidelines. Ensure store administration is going smooth and is being reviewed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Monitor the handling of customer complaints in line with Company policy.
Ensure regular store staff meetings are carried out to communicate business goals and training delivered.
Maintain high standards of visual appearance throughout the store including all non-retail areas.
Highlighting the attributes that lead to higher sale (benefits, price & offers etc)
Place a highly skilled and trained sales associate by me near the exit or cash area all through the store operating hours so that already dealt customers can be redirected to sales area for additional sales.
Maintain a high level of store security for company assets, cash, and stocks.
Monitor sales performance against last year, last week and budget on a daily and weekly basis and to give feedback to Senior managers and to communicate the same to staff.
Build relationships with customers effectively to ensure retention and repeat sales regularly.
Ensure that the Customer queries and complaints are resolved immediately.
Recommend and Implement systems relating to best practices in customer service management.
Discuss / highlight customer feedback with The Managing Director for appropriate actions.
Operate an effective stock management system to maximize sales and profitability.
Ensure the prevention of stock losses within My Operational Area by driving awareness and implementing preventative plans.
Ensure the space is allocated in the back store as per the sales trends.
Co-ordinate with Dealers, Distributors and Agencies for product requirements.
Identifying competitors in each and every category. Comparing their merchandising, prices, their suppliers, and quality with our products and re-strategize my store to drive much higher sales.

Imparting training in handling of operations to each and every staff if possible so that absence of any particular official does not effect sales or general operations of the showroom.
Ensuring that all the staff maintain strict discipline in respect of their attitude, commitment, behaviour with their colleagues, management and customers.
Ensuring that all showroom procedures are completed accurately within the given time.
Responsible for smooth operations of the showroom, achievement of targets, maximising sales and profits, visual merchandising, performance and training of sales team.
