Description of Project: Location, Haradh and Hawiyah, Duration, June 2018 up March. 2020, Client: Saudi Aramco, Budget: 190, 000, 000 S.R, the locations are spread over an approx. (150 km x120 km Area) consist of 18 sites, and cover 3 contracts, to Construct temporary facilities (Office and accommodation facilities including the construction of laydown area as warehouses. with all earth work and asphalt work with all infra-structure for all underground utilities
Saudi Aramco Fadhili Gas Program Project.
Description of Project: Location: Fadhili, Duration, June 2016 up to May 2018., Client Saudi Aramco, Budget: 75, 000, 000 S.R, Construction of temporary facilities (Office facilities and accommodation facilities including the construction of laydown area as warehouses.

Description of Project: Location: Jubail., Project Name: Emergency Response Building (ERB) at SADARA/Sadara Chemical Plant-III, Location: Jubail., Budget: 55, 000, 000 S.R, The Scope include the construction of the building with Associated infrastructure including storm water drainage, sanitary sewer (gravity and force main from local lift Station), potable water, electrical power, roads and paving, chilled water piping, Fire mains and compressed air pipe., The building consisted of 5 Zones (Workshops and Dormitories, Enclosed Steel Structure Garages, SEDC and Fire Department, Medical Centre, Ancillary Building and Utilities and site development)

The Boulevard project's construction, located in the heart of the Abdali new downtown, will comprise of a total built up area of 224, 000 sqm divided into 118, 000 sqm (above ground), and 106, 000 sqm of parking and service basement levels (4 levels).
Set to become a major regional shopping and visiting destination, the 'Boulevard' will consist of a 370 meter long and 21 meter wide pedestrian strip outlined by 12 buildings, averaging 9 floors (above ground) each, and will host over 130 retail shops, 400 luxurious five-star serviced apartments, 27, 000 sqm of state-of-the-art office space; and for the first time in Jordan the rooftop experience will be introduced, hosting restaurants, fitness clubs, terraces, and pools overlooking the scenes of the city.

The value of the Project 350 million dirham and with total build up area of 103521 m2 consist of 59-floor with 4 basement, located in Riyadh, K.S.A and manage from our Head office in U.A.E.
Project: United Logistics Center, Dammam
Construction of above building comprising built up area of 16500 sq.m. Consisting of Main Building with Offices, Accommodation Area, and Warehouse for cold rooms, Water/Septic Tanks, Guardhouse, SCECO and External work includes all civil, finishing, electro-mechanical works.
Responsibilities:
Manage projects to time, budget and customer satisfaction.
Manage resource to cost estimate
Provide input to all plans for engineering and commissioning activities
Review recourses requirements for projects
Setting up Management meetings; running meetings; writing and distributing meeting minutes

Project: Al-Youm Press Building, Dammam
Turnkey construction of above steel structure building comprising built up area of 5851 sq.m. Consists of Press Main Building, Paper Storage, Offices, LPG Gas storage, Guard House, SCECO and External work includes cladding by Seporex Panel and all Civil, Finishing, Electro-mechanical & HVAC works.
Responsibilities:
Supervision of day-to-day activities of the Project and coordination between Project Manager and other discipline Engineers. Control the project during the absence of Project Manager, submission of all required reports to the Management and follow-up with Client/Consultant and sub-contractor.
Responsibilities:
• Contract, Subcontract agreement and purchase order.
• Quotation request inquiries from inside and out side of Saudi Arabia.
• Comparison sheet, evaluation and selection of suppliers, and proposed material complying with the project specification.

Project: Rehabilitation Complex, Dammam
Turn key construction of above building comprises built up area of 17920 sq.m consists of Main Building varying from single to 3 stories high, which includes an indoor swimming pool & gymnasium in addition to a prosthetic unit building, a Mosque, water reclaiming station, SCECO and External work includes all Civil, Finishing & electro-mechanical works.
Planning Engineer
The project is a turnkey construction of Sewage Treatment Plant at Ain -Gasale, the Plant is designed to handle the Amman Waste Water Flow of existing box culvert 1.8mx1.8m discharging into existing Manhole, which is starting point of Pretreatment Plant Works.
The Sewage Treatment Plant Consist of the Following Main Functional Structures:
• Box Culvert Conveyor.
• Mechanical Screening Unit.
• Grit Chamber Unit.
• Discharge Pipe Conveyor.
• Tie in shaft Manhole, which is the end of pre-treatment plant work.
