• The responsibilities include verification of database for refugee beneficiaries receiving food and cash assistance;
• Issuing ATM cards after thorough review and verification of Passports and Protection Certificates possessed by refugees against the information available in ProGres database;
• Verification of beneficiaries and dependents whether or not they fit selection criteria and entitlement for assistance;
• Compiling list of special cases that require further assessment and follow-up actions by Community Services, Registration and Protection units
• Liaison with Bemo Bank and facilitate to resolve outstanding cases
• Compiling up-dated reports on the number of refugees provided with food and cash assistance.
• Responsible for follow up all matters relating to financial matters between the Field program unit and Finance Section.
• Taking service inquiry calls from customers or clients and dispatching the suitable customer service associate to address questions.
• Answering the questions of customers regarding the organization’s products or services and its operation or maintenance.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints, or special orders via mail or phone.
• Receiving and processing orders, providing information concerning changes, pricing in service, and shipping.
