Participate in change order negotiations
Compare prices according to quality and availability
Recommend the best option and purchase it after approval
Coordinate with the expeditors to ensure that all ordered material reaches the Warehouse - general Headquarter on time
Coordinate with Financial Dept. to ensure that all transactions have been documented for my future reference
Preparing invitation-to-bid forms and mail them to prospective suppliers
Built strong connections with suppliers locally
Prepared cost comparison sheets based on price quotations received from suppliers. Offers were compared technically and commercially such that the best suitable offer was selected.
