Responsible for Accounting function for both Sharjah and Cairo offices and Financial Auditing. This includes preparation of accounting reports for management, preparation of financial statements, reviewing and coding invoices. It also includes compiling and analyzing financial information, documenting business transactions, analyzing and reviewing budgets and expenditures.
Custodian of company petty cash and safe boxes. Manage bank relation ship with company and handle transfers, payments, and account settlements.
Create Sales leads, either by telephone or through face to face interviews, and provide product presentations to customers ensuring appropriate cross selling and successful deal closing, while maintaining full integrity and transparency. Cooperate in finalising all Back office Operations to meet customer demand and ensure customer satisfaction.
Mainly responsible for increasing sales to agreed targets, with the aim to maximise customer base and maintain good customer relationship.
Job duties range from outdoor visits to indoor operations, which includes working on reports to identify sales initiatives, preparing required documentation to finalise deals and coordinating with the central department to meet customer demand.
