• Managing all telecom action in field from materials delivery till site acceptance and become on air.
• Responsible on materials handling and creation as per sites design and customer request.
• Manage and assign field engineers as per Huawei EHS regulations to cover WAH activities and all field risks.
• Plan and manage all Subcontractors field actions and responsible on their cash flow creation and acceptance.

• Manage and supervise field teams in site implementation from beginning till acceptance and site became on-air
• Support all teams in sites integration and RF problems
• Follow up with POP installation team and troubleshooting fiber splicing till became up
• Following up with integration team for alarm clearance.
Huawei Vodafone U900 & LTE project
• Manage and follow up with teams the LTE and U900 actions
• Following up with customer the RF plan and follow with RF team till site became accepted from their side.
• Following up with integration team till site be on air without alarms
Huawei Telecom Egypt Transmission project
• Manage and supervise teams in implementation of WDM (OSN 8800 and OSN 6800) equipment and ensuring quality.
• Join customer in sites acceptance visits.
Huawei Vodafone Delta Swap
• Manage and lead all transmission actions in the swap with the 2nd line team or in field with SC teams till end
• Mange and follow up with all hub sites swap actions
• Manage and supervise implementation activities start with site delivery and follow with RF teams till site become on air
• Manage and follow up with teams till finish sites quality for acceptance
Ericsson-Mobinil Microwave links Transmission Project.
•Lead and support all Mobinil cutover teams.
•Make cutover from Alcatel-Lucent Links and NEC Links to Ericsson MW Links
For all Mobinil sites (Huawei, Alcatel, Nokia Siemens and Motorola) and create all traffic routes to BSC.
•Upgrade MW Links from CN-210 to TN-6P or TN-20P and create traffic.
•Create XC for all routes for new creation E1s or Packet traffic.
•Troubleshoot for any Faulty equipment.
•Make any action on Transmission equipment after Installation.
Ericsson-Vodafone Rollout Project.
• Installing the outdoor cabinet SSC-02 and its external alarms for 3G equipment.
• Installing and commissioning RBS 6601 (DUW 41, 30, 20).
• Installing MW links for the new sites.
• Installing RRUs and its power cables and fiber.
Ericsson -Vodafone Microwave Links Transmission Project.
• Swap and Upgrade Transmission equipment and traffic rerouting.
• Installing and commissioning Ericsson Mini-Link TN-20P, TN-6P, and CN-510.
• Create Ethernet circuits and cross connections between sites.
• Management troubleshooting.

• Provide ISP services by installing MW links instead of leased lines for customers.
