Assigned as Project Manager (Owner Representative) . Whereas the scope was to construct a Five Stars tourist Hotel of 166 suite and 458 Guest Rooms, In addition to: 1. Main building & Hotel Reception (Two multi stories with 4650 square meter of area each) and All Day, Italian & Oriental Restaurants and Their wooden Pergolas Complete with Interior Decoration and Furniture,
2. Diving Centre contains Diving Equipment shop and Diving Tanning classrooms,
3. Health Club contains Sauna Rooms and gymnasium,
4. Kids Interesting area which contains Kids restaurant, swimming pool, playground area, theater and library,
5. Beach Disco and Roman theater,
6. Snak Bars, Beach Counter, Jacuzzi,
7. fish restaurant,
8. Interesting and shopping area (Billiard, Baby Foot, Internet Café, Pharmacy & Clinic and Library),

Scope was to construct MCL (Misr Canada Loop Oil) for redefining Oil and Oil Blending Plant complete with administration building, Laboratories and hydrogen Plant.
