Siniora Food Industries, established in 1920 is a major producer of processed meats such as sausages, mortadella, and cold cuts in the Middle East region.
Due to a rapid increase of business volume, the company Board of Directors decided to expand their operation by building a new 5, 200 square meters production facility, I was recruited as the Projects Manager to be in charge of this project with a budget of 10 Million U.S Dollars.
Managing and directing all activities starting with the design phase, such as, design layout configuration, evaluation and selection of equipments and building materials, placing orders and scheduling tasks completion needs.
Managing and directing all contractors involved at each project stage, this includes the evaluation and selection of contractors, the financial management and follow-up of all accomplished tasks, and the scheduling of other tasks working in parallel.
Reporting all project status to the Board of Directors on a monthly meeting.
