•Processes ledger and booking entries according to stated procedures so that all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner.

•Oversees maintenance of data related to specific accounting functions in order to ensure that accurate and up to date records are established and maintained

•Processes invoices for payment and record all cash related transactions and follow up their collections

•Identifies, investigates and rectifies routine errors and anomalies in input data so that all financial data can be relied upon

•Monitors accounting procedural compliance by subordinates and employees to ensure that all systems are adhered to in support of the achievement of business objectives

•Handling all suppliers' invoices return vouchers and credit notes, prepare monthly Reconciliation supplier’s accounts VS purchases

•Maintains general journal and recurring journal performing month end closing tasks

•Prepare & submit Finance & Executive monthly accruals, if any, to General Ledger Department.

•Follows up on new assets entries and their depreciations

•Monthly reconciliation for the intercompany accounts

•Ensuring that all collections from cash sales and credit cards settlements have been deposited and properly accounted for

•Manage all petty cash and office supply expense accounts & Prepare monthly billing for fund reimbursements

•Conduct monthly reconciliation of Cash sales, bank and Credit cards accounts

•Reconcile bank balances; record general ledger entries

•Establish customer credit lines and set up credit accounts with vendors

•Monthly closing reports balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, owners equity statement
