➢ Checking employee reference before issuance offer letter with respect to sponsorship transfer.
➢ Responsible for preparing visit visa, business Visa.
➢ Responsible for purchasing items.
➢ Responsible for maintenance and utility affairs
➢ Preparing co location rental contract and agreement.
➢ Public dealing and communication with internal departments.
➢ Prepare GOSI report for payment process and update online system also.
➢ Responsible for all administration related matters.
➢ Coordination with hotels, travel agency, Rent a car and other logistic companies
➢ Handling Courier service and monitor courier financial transaction.
➢ Prepare all memos for internal and correspondence.
➢ Discuss staff problems and try to solve it as soon as possible
