- Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.
- Take a leadership role in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to Company objectives.
- Plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals.
- Lead performance management, talent assessment and effective labor relationships, including negotiating and administering labor agreements.
- Oversee staff and report to management on issues regarding implementation of policies and procedures, safety of the workforce, recruiting and hiring high-performing employees, and labor, legislative and other human resources issues.

• Oversee ASC staff and report to management on issues regarding implementation of policies and procedures, safety of the workforce, recruiting and hiring high-performing employees, and labor, legislative and other human resources issues.
The scope is to guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and general services for the entire company. The major areas directed are:
• Policy and procedures development and documentation,
• Recruiting and staffing,
• Organizational and space planning,
• Performance management and improvement systems,
• Employee orientation, development, and training,
• Compensation and benefits administration,
• Administration and general services.
• Manage, technically and administratively, HR projects and assigned team in order to achieve project objectives as per agreed KPIs,
• Advise clients on technical HR issues while assist in the design and implementation of initiatives related to Organizational Restructuring, Competency Modelling, Staffing, Performance Management, Job Evaluation, and Compensation & Benefits,
• Keep up-to-date with worldwide strategic HR issues and ensure transfer of acquired knowledge to OD members,
• Participate in building/improving OD Practice modules and internal consulting processes,
• Prepare a biweekly report in order to present projects’ milestones and profitability.
• Recruit the most talented candidates as per approved manpower plan,
• Implement and maintain the competency modelling system,
• Manage the Company’s performance appraisal system,
• Implement and monitor the Company’s training plan,
• Prepare, implement, control and track the Training & Recruitment department budget,
• Oversee the execution of the yearly Summer Internship Program,
• Compile HR statistical report concerning headcount, recruitment, and training activities.
