-Overall monitoring of infrastructural projects at Al Barari, Dubai.
-Reporting to the client on progress and areas of the contractor's performance (QA/QC, health and safety schedule, etc.) Through regular meetings.
-Evaluating and processing payments of the contractors.
-Maintaining project register(DDR)
-Liaising with different authorities for NOCs and other clearances.
-Finalizing tenders for new projects.
-Preparation of shop drawings/as built drawings and their approval from the concerned authorities.
-Coordinating with DM, DEWA, RTA and other Govt. Authorities for clearances and smooth running of projects.
Complete responsibility of running the branch.
-Finalizing new tenders.
-Corrdinating with DEWA, RTA, and other Got. authorities.
-Liaising with the head office in Abu Dhabi.
-Preparation of project schedule, BOQ & project cost.
-Preparation of shop drawings / as built drawings & documents etc
-Coordination with consultants, clients and other govt. authorities for permits and clearances.
-Arrangement of site materials.
-Attending progress meetings.
-Preparation of monthly reports and invoices.
-Mobilization of materials, tower steel to islands by marine transport and to desert sites.
-Supervision of to we erection, painting, fixing of shelters, solar panels etc as per drawings & consultants requirement.
-Overall supervision of the progress of projects as per the scheduled program.
-Checking & supervising foundation layouts, barbending schedules, steel work & concreting work etc., bathroom, kitchen and other finishing works.
-Allocation of works to contractors and labours.
-Reporting to Project Manager.
-Marking goundations as per the drawings & checking the excavations.
-Allotment of work to sub contractors and labours.
-Preparation of work program.
-Supervising concretinng works, brick works, finishing works etc.
-Supervising and checking the concrete works such as raft foundations, isolated footings, columns, beams, slabs etc.
-Supervision of brick works, plastering works and other interior and exterior finishing.
-Preparation of weekly bills of sub contractors.-
