•Maintain a positive selling approach to maximize yield in both Occupancy and rates.
•Helping revenue manager in increasing the revenue by upselling daily arrivals.
Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
•Check in/Check Out guests and assign rooms
•Answer inquiries regarding hotel services and registration by telephone
•Respond to guests' complaints
•Provide quotes for room rates and up-sell the guest when possible
•Manage phone activity including providing general knowledge to callers
•Manage walk-in traffic. Sign in guests as needed. Smile and greet customers in a welcoming manner.
•Advise housekeeping which rooms have been vacated and are ready for cleaning
•Making reservations and provide quotations to companies.
