A senior Project Manager for Data com projects. Manage different kind of related
projects, applying my skills & techniques for managing & controlling the running
projects, which required full attention with high capability of manage, monitor the
overall project progress & status. Responsible & accountable for project scope,
delivery time, quality, cost & Customer satisfaction. Joining the Pre-sales team
for new RFPs, project assumptions and budgeting. Responsible to manage
overall projects decisions, Relationships, and escalations. Develop project
managements plan and execute it for all running projects. Responsible for project
close out after acceptance and Hand-over.
Duties and Responsibilities
From Jan.2012 to Present (Current handing Job)
• Project Manager :
A project Manager for Data-Com projects in Mobily(Etihad Etisalat), including IP/MPLS Phase III, IV, 40G, V, Phase II Riyadh Cluster & TWRN Offloading to Malga (Cluster) begging with project initiating & Planning, going through implementation plan and joining the design stage, resourcing & relationship with Customer & Stakeholders, then to executing & monitoring &controlling stage, management of installation, acceptance, & invoicing. Reporting to high managers about project status in daily & weekly basis, finally to the project close out stage. Moreover, looped in sequence & involved during Pre-sales stage for cost, profit & all financial estimation. Support finance tam & bidding team to make the overall support plan (as HR Plan, Materials Plan, Sub-con Plan, … Risk mitigation plan, .. etc). All this under the organization of project management criteria.
From Jul.2011 to Feb 2012:
• Project Manager :
A project manager for wireless & MW projects of Mobily 2GL+7 & 3G L+5 project in central area, starting from initiating & Planning stage going through budding part, internal process, preparing scope, resourcing & relationship with Customer, then to executing with monitoring & controlling overall project including installation, acceptance, & invoicing. Reporting to high managers about project status in daily & weekly basis. Finally close out stage.
From Jul.2010 to Jun.2011:
• Project Manager :
A project manager for wireless & MW projects of Mobily 2GL+6 & 3G L+4 project in central area, starting from initiating & Planning stage going through budding part, internal process, preparing scope, resourcing & relationship with Customer, then to executing with monitoring & controlling overall project including installation, acceptance, & invoicing. Reporting to high managers about project status in daily & weekly basis. Finally close out stage.
Working as a project manager for DC Power system project phase 1 for Mobily sites including installation dismantling and swapping. Project management starting from bedding and implementation plan until closing the project and finish documentation with invoicing. Report to high manager about project status. ( Kingdom wide )
• Project Controller:
For Transmission Mobily project, handling all sites status & make the internal implementation plan per month, with sites acceptance, more over planning for invoicing & Customer acceptance per quarter. Always push to get the reach more than the target of Huawei.
• Invoice Manager:
Follow & push to clear un-build AR invoice with invoice Dept. and clear all issues related to close the pending issues, and get target of closing 1 PO each month.
From Nov.2009 to Jun.2010 :
• Implementation Manager:
Worked as Implementation Manager for 2G L+4 and 2G L+3 Mobily projects in central region, installing base station new sites with microwave links, CWO and integration, sector expansion and cabinet expansion for 2G sites. Follow up with subcontractor for implementation in the field.
• Project Controller:
Working as a project controller for all Mobily projects (wireless, transmission, core projects).Updating site status, projects revenue, target amount for each project, documentation status & submission plan, also following up with customer for documentation approval.
• Project Coordinator:
Worked as Project Coordinator for 3G L+3 and 2G L+5 MW Mobily Project in Jizan and Najran area, preparing material for subcontractors using CES system and BOQ, preparing purchasing request for subcontractors using ERP system and the contract which provided from CEG department then follow up with subcontractor for materials and purchasing issues
• Was working in Operation & Maintenance for microwave links for STC operator under ACES Subcontractor Company in western region, troubleshooting, loopback, CWO, MW rerouting, Installation devise maintenance and alignment
