P&L Accountability and Manage spending against budget
Develop and implement business plan for profitability.
Budget preparation and expense management activities.
Responsible for the Operations, statuary and legal Compliance of the unit
Responsible for managing and controlling all new projects in terms of Time, Cost, quality, and
safety.
Develop operations strategies to improve overall quality and productivity.
Generate business, cost and employee reports to management.
Assist in employee recruitment, training and performance evaluation, promotion and termination
activities.
Manage administrative, logistical, human resources, and accounting services to support company
operations.
Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers
Parts OF Rules and Responsibilities
Develop and Monitor metrics to improve the productivity and MOH of the engineering and
technical departments.
Design and implement new processes in the areas of engineering manufacturing
and technical support including factory layout and management, new
technologies, capacity planning, lean manufacturing, reductions of stocks,
reduction of scrap, Cost Saving Projects, etc.
Propose Evaluate and Monitor KPIS for the engineering and technical
dep.
Ensure ISO 9001, 14001, 18000, 22000 and 50001 procedures within the engineering group
especially including engineering change control, design review, and root cause/
correction action activities and analysis.
Ensure and supervising the implementation of Energy Management System
Partner with procurement and quality in the selection, qualification and
development of new suppliers
Plan and co-ordinate internal research and contractual development programs
through joint planning/implementation with customers, engineering team and
operations;
Provide opinions and recommendations for any new investment in production
lines or machines
Re-evaluation of efficiencies and economical running of exist production lines
and machines
Supervising construction and civil maintenance department

Raw material demand, handling, and stock keeping.
Production scheduling and work orders organizations on lines.

Manpower planning in cooperation with both planning unit at supply chain, and HR
Finished product delivery on time.
Study production capabilities to fulfill plan.
Determine growth and expansions necessary to production lines.
Share in new lines/machines feasibility study, delivery, and set up.
Achieve all operations KPIs.
Operation expenses budget; setting and maintaining.
Policies and procedures for operations processes; developing, executing, and
improvement.
Discipline at all operations processes, including manpower discipline.
Continuous improvement for all processes of operations, including using ERP system.
Maintain a healthy work environment, including housekeeping, motivation, and creativity support
Supervise section heads of operation (Internal Production Schedule, Production, Quality and
Safety, Maintenance, and Personnel)
oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
ensure that the production is cost effective;
decide what resources are required;
draft a timescale for the job;
estimate costs and set the quality standards;
monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed;
be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs;
liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers; work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed;

Manage and Control stocks of engineering warehouse.
Ensure clean safe and healthy work environment including but not limited to technical plants, engineering offices and workshops.
Attend and participate in the daily engineering meetings.
Maintain staff log book up dated.
Other duties as assigned by deputy director of engineering.
