Quality Assurance
•Devising and implementing company quality assurance program in compliance with company requirements
•Prioritizing quality assurance responsibilities based on the integration of new designs & products into current production
•Reducing zero hour failures at customer by controlling the quality during production with effective feedback & closure systems; maintaining data bases for the quality system and assisting in preparation of annual reports and quality trending reports
•Reporting the status of the quality levels of staff, systems and production activities and participating in improvement programs; attending customer complaints / rejections, audit & corrective actions and fulfilling customers’ requirement
Quality Control
•Inspecting and testing the products at various stages in the production process; establishing testing procedures to determine a product's dimensions and characteristics; performing testing on the materials, parts, finished products to measure product performance under a variety of conditions
•Overseeing the documentation of test results and preparing the data in the form of a graph or chart.
•Suggesting changes to achieve the best quality possible and recommending the methods to minimize the amount of scrap; directing preparation of technical delivery condition based on which orders are taken; generating qualities reports on daily, fortnight & monthly basis and giving presentations in every monthly quality review meeting
Procurement Phase Planning &Implementation
•Handling audit vendors and undertaking procurement data review &process inspections.
•Organizing pre-inspection meetings with the clients representative & vendors.
•Carrying out verification of purchase materials as well as working on product identification and traceability.
•Driving process control during procurement.
•Monitoring raw material inspection for structural steel; visual dimensional & mill certificate.
•Handling Welder performance qualification.
•Inspecting Welding Procedures in accordance with American Welding Society.
•Performing post weld heat treatment and monitoring Non-Destructive Tests for welding.
•Drafting Sandblasting & Painting reports and inspection disposition reports, controlling Non-Conforming Products.
•Monitoring Calibration of Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment.
•Handling material, storage & preservation.
•Carrying out fabrication of construction reports and pre-commissioning of facility or equipment.
Construction Phase Planning
•Organizing Management Meetings to establish delineate and review program.
•Implementing organizational policies, coordinate with various departments for attaining corporate objectives.
•Monitoring entire fabrication process for Structural Steel, Pre-engineered Steel Buildings and Pipe Spool.
•Handling installation of heavy Steel Structures, RTR pipes and heavy equipment.
Team Management
•Supervising, managing and supporting the quality assurance personnel.
•Providing administrative and technical direction to all quality control personnel encompassing personnel administration, resolution of technical problems, development / approval of in-house training, etc.
