RESPONSIBILITIES :


A. Engineering, Production and Quality Control:
1. Establish and Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures.
2. Oversee the daily production operations to ensure that all safety and quality procedures are followed and that all production goals are met.
3. Involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes.
4. Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules.
5. Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
6. Design, and closely monitor targets, workflows, and performance.
7. Initiates plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
8. Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports the Organizations strategic initiatives.
9. Ensures that training and qualification program are implemented and that quality procedures are followed by the all staff of the plant.
10. Proceed to productivity improvement by setting relevant action plan.
11. Set and manage production budgets.
12. Participates to technical development studies or projects.
13. Prepare and maintain production reports

B. Maintenance and Machinery

1. Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets.
2. Following up mechanical & electrical maintenance programs either corrective or preventive.
3. Making recommendations for the replacement of machinery and equipment to meet the production targets.
4. Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.

C. Others:
1. Monitors and ensure proper housekeeping of the premises. Also, ensure compliance to regulations for the waste disposal and recycling requirement
2. Full responsibility of purchasing, finance, sales, HR and Engineering departments
3. Establish and maintain a positive community relationship.
4. Conduct employee performance reviews.
5. Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
6. Prepare periodical reports and statistics to the top management.

8. Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
9. Maintain Inventory levels and control flow of product
10. Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets.
11. Work with purchasing manager to develop and improve supplier relationships.
12. Create purchase orders for Purchasing Manager to place orders.

Responsibilities:
1. Review production schedules, orders, and related information to produce the orders according to their requirement within the allocated time frame.
2. Creates cutting lists, obtain and forward technical information to production staff for accurate and problem free production
3. Provides training for shop floor staff to accomplish production goals. Works with and supervises production operations and shop floor staff to remedy problems/situations that arise.
4. Direct workers engaged in production activities to ensure quality control and reliability.
5. Aid in the Implementation of methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and defective or damaged parts, and defines responsibility.
6. Establish efficient production processes for all the company's product lines.
7. play a role in the managing motivating and directing the plants production workforce
8. Implement and manage systems for the ordering of goods and raw materials that minimizes stock holding quantities yet is suitably timed.
9. Ensure uninterrupted production of all the company's product lines in keeping.
10. Constantly seek new ways to improve the plants production efficiency and cost effectiveness.
11. manage and oversee the maintenance and servicing of the plants production lines to minimize down times and maximize the efficiency and working life of all production equipment and machinery.
12. Consult the general manager on the production policy and the department managers about matters relevant to production planning such as financial limits, manpower availability, materials supply marketing and distribution.

Responsibilities:
1. Supervising technicians and managing production on producing LCD, TV, Microwave and RHF.
2. Implement production scheduling, delegating, coordinating and carries out the overall production activities to ensure the highest level of productivity and product quality.
3. Plan daily production based on overall monthly production plan.
4. Supervise all the production activities and offer feedback and instruction to all factory workers regarding productivity and quality improvement.
5. Interact and exchange information with production workers and supervisors for day to day activities.
6. Ensure all production plans and deadlines are adhered to.
7. Prepare daily production report (daily work done by each fabricator and actual production output of the plant).
8. Participate in the Employee's performance evaluation processes.
9. Perform other duties as required to support the activities and initiatives of the company.
