• Managed huge employee population, revamped HR policies and practices; and developed HR Roadmap to improve management and utilization of huge workforce.
• Successfully implemented and managed ERP Oracle HRMS project for the business activities including implementation of the Core HR, Payroll, BI, & iRec.
• Successfully led the AMC - Core Team members involved in transforming HR into a business Partner to ensure alignment of HR services to organizational strategy
