- Monitor quality of paints to assure compliance with specification.

- Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of paints.
- Investigate problems, analyse root causes and drive resolution.
- Evaluate new colour workability to achieve design colour and appearance.
- Communicate and drive consistent manufacturing practice - hands on with production operators.
- Review "problem batches" - focusing on quality of products.
- Collect formula feedback and carry out lab work requests for process changes / revisions.
- Identify unsafe operations and practice and report the same to manger immediately.
- Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
- Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
- Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
- Operation of the production line with the progress of work required quality control
- Laboratory examination of samples and ensure compliance with specifications
- Preparation of periodic reports for the results of laboratory
- Wash and disinfect production line periodically
- Follow-up production line in need in terms of equipment and materials
- Periodic training of workers and safety awareness
