Responsible for all software QA and test processes. facilitate the development and implementation of Quality & Testing methodologies using best practices. In this role, responsible for managing all activities of a QA team engaged in but not limited to test planning, execution, regression and functional testing.
• Working on Agile Software Development methodology.
• The main point-of-contact for the release/project between the out sourcing client and Aspire, and between the team and the management.
• Understand the project requirements, define the testing scope, and develop manual and technical test plans to be followed by the team members and the supervisors
• Help the coordinator to set the testing strategies and testing methodologies.
• Analyze projects requirements and list all the questions and inquiries needed
• Communicate with the onshore team to get all the required answers of any business/technical question
• Determine the integration testing areas which need to be covered based on the impact of the developed/affected modules
• The access point between System design team and Quality team (manual and technology)
• Determine and prepare the required testing environment and testing data
• Determine the required training before the testing with collaboration of the coordinator
• Answer the questions (business and technical) of the testing team.
• Define the projects risks and create contingency plans
• Follow-up on the daily team progress and on open issues with the client contact person
• Create and send the daily and weekly status report to the client.
• Authorize the projects’ resources performance appraisals, over time and leaves
• Validate the final deliverables of all phases; preparation phase and testing executing phase
• In charge of the of all the deliverables to the client from the various groups, including reports, analyses and day-to-day communication
• Manage the site launches and production support fixes
• Prepare project signoff documents
• Report to the Coordinator

Quality Technical Supervisor (QTS):
1) Analyze Business Requirements and list down inquires/issues to be discussed with the client.
2) Allocate testing tasks for the testing team
3) Support team members with their testing inquires as:-
a) Review Defects Reports and Change Requests before submission in QC (Quality Center Tool)
b) Track issues and defects with team members
c) Assess team members for project’s signoff
d) Prepare Daily and Weekly Status Reports
4) Executes testing tasks
