•Coordinate the day-to-day activities of Medical Warehouse.
•Keep records and inventory of all stocked medical items, and following internal requisitions’ make them available in an expedient manner.
•Use the computerized warehousing system to analyze stock history data in order to maintain an efficient and reliable automated inventory-stock control system;
•Review stock levels at a regular base to ensure adequate stock levels;
•Review requisitions, pick lists and issuing/receiving documents;
•Obtain maximum productivity in the receiving, inspection, storing and issuing of stock items;
•Review the control of stock records day-to-day;
•Assist the Warehouse Manager in the preparation of reports, faxes, memoranda, presentations, and other media related to inventory, stock control, and warehouse activities;
•Prepare and distribute supplies of all medical requests to clinics in each sector through Movcon.
•Review work for accuracy, completeness and compliance with established procedures;
•Initiate physical receiving and inspections and controls ensuring that stock is stored, rotated and disposed effectively;
•Maintain good work standards in relation to stock handling, record keeping, purchasing and warehousing methods;
•Performs other duties as required by my supervisor.
