•Ensure that the employee accommodation is well secured and employees are accommodated as per their entitlements in line with the Human Resources Policy.
•Ensure that all the assets of the employee accommodation are well maintained.
•Ensure that a high level of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times as per 5 star standards within the accommodation.
•Ensure a regular and timely submission of accommodation occupancy report and any other assigned reports by the Director of Human Resources
•Maintain up to date records of accommodation, which clearly states occupied and vacant space in the accommodation
•Maintain up to date records of all contracts relevant to all leased apartment and ensure that all renewal documentation are conducted on a timely basis
•Assign accommodation to the new employees as approved and according to the designation/grade of the employee
•Ensure that the room is equipped with the standard amenities at any given time .

•Staff supervision:set employee goals and objectives;review, evaluate and monitor staff performance; ensure effective retention efforts; and ensure appropriate staffing of all sites

Position -Assistant Security Manager
•Staffing and scheduling, Fire Safety and Security, for a 500 room hotel, which comprises of three buildings, 13 out lets, sports & Recreation club, spa, water sports, 7 meeting rooms including 2 ballrooms, private beach area which accommodates 3000 guests, shopping arcade.
•Training staff on fire Emergency quarterly and conducting Fire training programs for new hotel staff.
•Pre-opening member of Grosvenor House Hotel Apartment West Marina Dubai and Actively involved in CCTV system installation, fire safety and Security Related Matters and Trained 900 staff on fire Emergency Procedures opened on 15th June 2005.
•Public Relations with local government, Dubai Civil Defense, and Law enforcement agencies.
