Responsibility:
Responsible for operation of the Reverse Osmosis Plant R.O Plant & Waste Water Treatment Plant through DCS Control Room, Maintain Shift Log Book and assist to Supervisor for all other Operational activities during the Shift and other related work assigned by Supervisor
Overall Operation activities of Water Treatment Plant R.O Plant and waste Water Treatment Plant
Carry out plant operation in a safe and smooth manner as per the established standard operating procedures
Supervise Control Room Operators and all Operators assigned in his Shift to maintain smooth operation of the plant.
Responsible to check the laboratory results in each shift and to take necessary action to eliminate the non-conformity in the water chemistry
Responsible for preparing Shift Log Reports, daily production reports, water quality reports, power meter reading reports and sending through Email to the recipients as instructed.
checking and monitoring the process parameters in PLC Control System, to take necessary action and to advise concerned operators for correction in order to achieve optimum production and efficiency
Responsible for the production and water quality to maintain the standard limits in coordination with laboratory.
Raez Sulphates Factory is busy for the production of Sulphuric Acid, Linear Alkyl Benzene (LAB), Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid (LABSA), Potassium Sulphate - fertilizer grade and Hydrochloric Acid.
Responsibility:
Implementing Shift wise Production Plan and achieving the Targets.
Scheduling and controlling of production processes and preparing production documents
Handling and properly utilizing the manpower of operators
Maintain the quality and quantity of the product
Take the proper decision about process
Manage the workers
To take care that process is not delay
Giving suggestion to improve processing tower

Main objective of the training program was to acquaint with different operations involved in Urea Formaldehyde plant. This organization engaged in the field manufacturing of Urea Formaldehyde Resins.

My Chemical Engineering graduate training programme which was a plant familiarization included: Abortions tower, leaching, filtration, Compressors, Condensers, Valves and Pumps.
