•Initiating the HR Department from scratch by hiring the HR team and initiate the complete HR operational requirements by hiring and assigning employees in various departments.
•Using Trend Analysis Methodology to create an HR record system since the company establishment.
•Initiate historical human resource records by designing and filing the system; keeping past and current records.
•Initiate the business management structure through creating and implementing most of the HR policies that fits with the company working environment (Recruitment, Induction, Attendance, Vacations & Leave, Work Flows, Training & Development, Travelling, Outsourcing and an effective Performance Management System).
•Recommending benefit programs to management and designing and implementing the approved programs.
•Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends through satisfaction surveys.
•Train the supervisors and departments managers on how to appraise their subordinates.
•Monitoring the appraisal process of employees.
•Maintains the company work & organizational structure through initiating job profiles and KPIS for all positions and following up reporting scheme.
•Create an exit interview system to stand on the involuntary turn over reasons to avoid it with further employees.
•Initiate retention and loyalty programs to raise the employees’ engagement and commitment.
•Implementing internal training program sessions (ethics- communication, presentation & soft skills) “corporate trainer”.
•Maintains company pay plan by conducting pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations.
Performing directive advising to department managers of company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation & benefits
•Responsible for initiating employee handbook and HR manuals and updating it.
•Develops and maintains Human Resources system that meets up top management information needs
•Recruit, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant position
•Plan and conducts new employees orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals
•Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety and sexual harassment

Currently am holding Masters of Business Administration {MBA} in Human Resources Management from Ain- Shams University.
