2. To supervise the daily production and to oversee the work is properly sent back to client within the stipulated Turn Around Time.
3. Involved in the planning, development and implementation of new projects. Communicating with the client on various issues regarding setting up the New projects with client specific guidelines and taking necessary steps to see that the New project is successfully implemented with meeting the quality and quantity standards as desired by the client.
4. Arranging weekly team meetings and taking necessary steps, which will enhance the coding capabilities of all the coders and to resolve all the coding issues among the teams.
5. Assist in the recruitment, testing, and evaluation of the potential new coding personnel.
6. Providing ICD and CPT training to new coders. Till now, I have successfully provided training for three batches and helped them to become successful Medical coders.
7. Continuously updating ICD and CPT coding skills and sharing them among all the coders.
