the job involves performance of variety of Administrative, IT. Secretarial and Clerical support responsibilities i.e. efficiently managing of files / record of electrification Projects (Construction of new electrical distribution system) both in hard & soft form (MS Office), creation of computer generated documents i.e. complex data sheets and reports, data entry using MS Word and Excel sheet, preparation of project cost estimates with the coordination of Project Supervisor / Engineers, preparation of project feasibility reports, personal / official record of employees, routine office file work, daily mail sorting and distribution to concerned quarters, maintain record of incoming /out going inter-department correspondences, coordination with field staff i.e. Line superintendent, Line man, drivers etc working on electrification projects, take and deliver messages, dealing telephone calls/faxes, independent and efficient management of officials correspondence within and outside company with independent and efficient drafting skills in English and typing of same with 60+ w.p.m key board speed, communicating, interacting daily with company’s consumers by attending/resolving their queries/complaints, which involve efficient interpersonal and communication skills.
maintaining and organizing hourly transaction record both in the shape of hard and soft (MS Office) and specific software for cash voucher posting, providing guest relation services on Rent a Car, arranging pick and drop at/from Airport or making travel arrangement for the staying guests for within city or outside city, making reservations, to Hotel’s local and Foreign guests/local and international Air lines crews i.e. PIA, Saudi Air line, Singapore Air line, British Air, and many more arriving at Hotel, relating to various cultures, languages and countries, which involved strong knowledge and application of languages i.e. English, Urdu, Punjabi, Pashto with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
