Support general departmental management. Perform variety of complex clerical / secretarial and administrative duties. Composes letter, develop forms, scheduling of meeting and reserve room for meetings, distribution of mails and correspondence, handle telephone calls, prepares material requests, orders, distributes and maintain inventory records of office equipment and supplies. Arrange ticket and maintains records of trip of employees & attendance records. Perform other duties assigned.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, e-mails correspondence, maintain records of delivery reports of the salesmen. Request and coordinates in preparation of invoices for collection. Maintain the records of the driver’s schedule of delivery and cash collection, day-to-day administrative function. Perform other duties assigned.
