Responsible for the full and final settlement for any exiting employee and helping the person to be relieved properly
Responsible for the monthly payroll input file by providing relevant data (New joiners activations, absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
When a particular candidate is finalized and selected, giving him offer letter or letter of intent On joining the services, issuing appointment letter with brief working agreement or policies
Extending the joining formalities to the new joiner (welcome pack with employment contract, role profile, etc.)
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Giving a description on the policies, procedures and culture followed by the company.
Properly filing relevant document of the new joiner as required.
working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Responsible for performing the on-boarding processes for specific positions, updating and sending the contingent offer letter, setting up the background check and drug screen (if applicable), enrollment into the required systems, and other associated tasks.
Serves as coordinator to recruiters/hiring managers in determining how the on-boarding processes are working and recommends changes in overcoming roadblocks that hinder the process.
Responsible for bank account openings and acts as the contact person between the bank and the staff.
Responsible for tracking, monitoring systems, and pulling reports for business application.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Working parallel to targets relating to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated.
Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
Using social media to advertise positions to attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers.
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be engaged in other jobs.
Using candidates’ databases to find the right person for the client’s vacancy.
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates.
Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, Salary and benefits of the job in question.
Negotiating Salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates.
Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression.
Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
- Coordinating and participating as a selection panel member in recruitment process, including selection, appointment process, preparing reports, conducting HR interviews.
- This should be done according to the recruitment and hiring procedures and policies set up by HR Headquarters.
- Interpreting, assisting and advising employees regarding cooperative agreement applications leave management and benefit administration, and HR procedures and
policies within the specified guidelines.
- Supporting in completion of job application materials and documents, and preparation of employment interviews and tests.
- Performing & supervising the HRMS system by following up the process & handling the required reports.
- Prepare the hiring process with the HR Supervisor by handling/conduction the HR orientation & welcome package.
