Finance Operations & Consolidation
Quarterly and annual group consolidated financials with disclosures in accordance with IAS/IFRS, besides management reports for the Board (BOD) presentation.
Funds Management & Facilitating in the Acquisition of Finance Facilities
Cash flow forecasting, dealing and negotiating with banks and facilitates group companies to acquire finance facilities.
Performance Management Reporting & Financial Analysis
Develop & implement accounting & reporting guidelines, reviewing finance and operational activities, and conducting financial analysis on performance.
Conduct Due Diligence and Feasibility Studies
Reviewing the financial aspects of the PPM (Private Placement Memorandums), investment projects; summarising, making cost-benefit analysis, and recommends business partnering opportunities.
• Validating and verifying daily business transactions and routine business requirements.
• Preparing the quarterly accounts in a computerized environment.
• Customers' accounts finalization, overdue control using aging analysis and follow-ups.
• Evaluating the customers in the context of Cost-Profit-Analysis, and allocating the indirect costs to customers' cost centers.
• Finalizing annual financial statements and reporting to directors along with notes and coordinate with auditors.
• Filing income tax return and returns under section 50 and dealing with income tax and audit consultants.
• Audit all the payments to suppliers and physical stock checking of all the stores and preparation of monthly stock valuation of each store on monthly basis.
• Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register and preparation of asset cards.
Preparation of monthly sales, quarterly and annually withholding tax returns.
• Checking import documents and preparing import cost sheet.
• Suppliers' and government authorities like PTA accounts reconciliation and validating payments.
• Monitoring online billing system and online dealer accounts for the ISP.
• Preparing the monthly payroll for the company and filing tax returns.
• Finalizing the financial statements for the trading concern of the company.
• Maintenance of Accounts and preparation of monthly liability of media (vendors).
• Preparation of payroll and bank reconciliation statement.
