 Ensuring proper and up to date book keeping/ accounting, timely finalization/ submission of financial results, managing statutory audits of annual accounts and directs the preparation and issuance of the Company’s Annual accounts.
 Oversees and directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, Information Systems, and insurance activities for the Company and optimize treasury function.
 Oversee future projections & budgets of the company with aim of cost effectiveness of current and prospective services.
