•Maintain the Computerized Accounts (Journal, Ledger, Trial Balance & Financial Statements),
•Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
•Make payroll and budget.
•Proper control over various financial records like expenditures against budgeted amounts.
•Make necessary receipts and journal vouchers,
•Coordinate with bank.
•Maintain the record of Provident Fund contribution and deductions.
•Provide assistance to all staff services such as salaries, expense claims, Provident fund claims etc,
•Organize the audit in a better and smooth way, look after all the Accounting and Finance related matters of the Institute.

I have done practical training in the following departments:-
