Manage all ACE International Academy accounts, including, books keeping.
Process admissions and withdrawals of children.
Maintain the electronic database with the information of every child.
Administer payroll for all school employees including all appropriate deductions. Present the monthly payroll to the Principal for checking and to HR and the VCE for checking and signing.
As a representative of ACE International Junior Academy, liaise as appropriate with external agencies and authorities such as auditors, the labour bureau and the social security office to ensure that they are informed as necessary and the
Prepare regular reports for the Principal to include profit/ loss, cash flow and current balance.
Attend Finance Committee meetings or school management meetings as required.
Bring to the attention of the Principal any financial matters of interest or concern.
Advise the Principal on all financial matters including the preparation of financial, reports and presentations.
Keeping a record of the Tax Payments made to the FBR.
Providing accurate data entry for invoices, general ledger and reporting. Process billing,
